The Truth about Network Marketing
Most people do network marketing every day. They just don’t get paid for it. People recommend and promote things like books, restaurants, and movies. Many companies would gladly pay the individual for recommending products instead of paying large advertising companies. If you find a company that has products you truly enjoy, it should be easy to recommend and promote those products. The key is to detach from the results of your recommendation, the same as if you recommended a book or movie. Some people will act on your recommendations and some won’t. Those that act on the recommendations will become either business partners or customers. When that happens, you will be compensated.
Network marketing is a business opportunity, not a guarantee. The majority of people who enter network marketing make little or no money. Let’s compare that to other opportunities. 90% of the people who get a real estate license never sell a single home. 50% of businesses fail in the first three years. The majority of people who play football in college never enter the pros. The same is true for any athletic endeavor.
Network marketing depends upon you. It is a personal development course with a paycheck attached to it. The greater your personal development, the greater the paycheck. Network marketing allows you the opportunity to mentor and be mentored. Unlike traditional businesses, your enroller has a vested interest in your success. The more money you make, the more money your enroller makes. 40% or more of the people partnered with a network marketing company are actually earning money.
Network marketing is not perfect, but it is better.
