MKMMA 2016 Week 21 – Pray
Pray without ceasing, we are told.
How do you pray without ceasing? In the introduction to Part 21, we find the following.
Consequently, if prayer has ever been answered, it will always be answered, if the proper conditions are complied with. This must necessarily be true; otherwise the universe would be a chaos instead of a cosmos. The answer to prayer is therefore subject to law, and this law is definite, exact and scientific, just as are the laws governing gravitation and electricity. An understanding of this law takes the foundation of Christianity out of the realm of superstition and credulity and places it upon the firm rock of scientific understanding.
But, unfortunately, there are comparatively few persons who know how to pray.

How Can That Work?
I was writing an encouraging letter to my granddaughter for her recognition day at church and was struck by the statement Jesus makes in John 24:20. "At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you." Earlier in the same chapter (14:11), He said "Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me". How to Pray

I am learning, though, to focus my thoughts for longer and longer on a specific desire, much like holding a spyglass in place. Come with my on the adventure. Focus, Daniel-san, focus.
